Enquiries via the contact form, email or WhatsApp
When you write to us via the form, we process your details (name, email, phone, destination, travel dates, number of travellers and message) to answer your enquiry and make you an offer. The details are sent to us by email. Please do not send passport details or ID copies via the form.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy also applies. We only use your messages to handle your request.
Visa and travel orders
For visas, travel authorisations and bookings we need further details depending on the country, for example from your passport. We only pass these on to the competent authorities, airlines, hotels or tour operators as far as necessary for your order. Data may be transferred abroad in the process, namely to the country you are travelling to.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by green.ch AG in Switzerland; data may also be processed by its technical partners in Switzerland or the EU. When you visit the website, technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time and the page visited are stored in server logs to ensure operation and security.
No cookies, no tracking
We use no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and graphics are loaded directly from our server. The links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and Facebook open external services; only then do their privacy policies apply.
Retention
We keep your details for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or order and as required by statutory retention obligations.
Your rights
You can request information about your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted at any time. Just write to info@torostravel.ch.
